Cendol is a iced dessert typically made of pandan green jelly, coconut milk and brown sugar syrup. We have designed a modern Cendol cake using the original recipe to delight your tastebud.
Our coconut streusel base is made of organic brown sugar and coconut flakes.It is a perfect match with our coconut mousse that it will gently melts in your mouth. Other than that, this cake also consist of a velvety red bean chantilly sandwiched between two layers of moist pandan sponge.
